Types of yoga classes

Relaxation classes
These classes focus on a theme and combine supported asanas (postures, using blankets, eye pillows and bolsters), breath work and meditation with a 40 minute guided relaxation - to leave you feeling relaxed, replenished and revived. Classes are suitable for all levels. Find out more

General level classes are open to everyone, beginners welcome. Instruction is given for all levels. Find out more

Dynamic classes are faster paced than the general level and demand a certain level of fitness. These classes focus on yoga flow and use the bandhas and breath to create heat to cleanse the body. Find out more

Pregnancy classes. All pregnancy classes focus on building the connection between mother and baby and gentle freeing movements to promote comfort and maintain fitness throughout pregnacy and beyond. Find out more

Post-natal classes offer a nourishing practiced aimed at rebuilding and strengthening body and mind to meet the new challenges of motherhood. Find out more
