A new teacher takes on classes at the shala
As of January 2010 another local teacher, Veronika is taking on the following classes at the Shala:

Tuesdays 6pm to 7pm - next class 26 March 2010
Thursdays 5.45pm to 7pm - next class 29 2010

Veronika trained with the Life Centre in London and is insured with the British Wheel of Yoga.
