Hatha and dynamic yoga classes

Whilst I am in India and Sri Lanka, mid November 2008 to mid March 2009, the only Downward Dog class running will be Monday's class.

Monday (There are no classes on bank holidays)

6.30pm to 7.45pm
£7, or £6.50 if you buy for or six classes at once
Please bring your own mat
There is a room you can change in
Street parking is limited

Tuesday - not running mid November 2008 to mid March 2009

6pm to 7.15pm
£8 per class. Classes are sold in batches of six (£48).
